Travel & Reimbursement Information
Arrival: Please plan to arrive on Friday, October 10, in time for the reception, dinner, and awards ceremony, which will begin at 5:00 PM EST.
Departure: The event will conclude by 3 PM EST on Saturday, October 11. We kindly ask that departing flights are booked to allow participation throughout the final session.
Reimbursements: Please submit all travel-related expenses via Concur in accordance with company reimbursement guidelines.
