Barb Zarankin

Barb is focused on the lifeblood of Together Women’s Health—its people. She leads all functions within the HR team and acts as a driving force behind TWH’s company goals and mission. Barb started her career at Great Expression Dental, one of the largest dental service organizations. She was Vice President of Culture and Learning at Lifestyle Lifts, which at the time was the nation’s largest plastic surgery group that grew from 15 to 60 locations with more than 150 physicians nationwide. With a well-established background building strong business partnerships in fast-paced and multi-state environments, Barb is a natural leader whose passion for organizational-culture alignment inspires employees to do the right thing because it becomes part of the organizational DNA. Barb received her BS in Business Administration from Michigan State University and her master’s in Human Resource Management from Central Michigan University. She is also certified through HR Certification Institute and Society of Human Resources Management.
