Justin Ishbia

Justin is a founding partner of Shore Capital, a microcap private equity firm. Justin is responsible for investment sourcing and valuation, transaction structuring, the securing of acquisition financing, fundraising, and all administrative activities. Justin is the Chairman of Great Lakes Dental Partners and EyeSouth Partners, as well as past Chairman of Sirona Infusion, Michigan Rehabilitation Specialists/Excel Rehab, and ClearPath Diagnostics. Justin sat on the board of Florida Autism Center and currently sits on the boards of Southern Veterinary Partners, Innovia Medical, SpecialDocs, Argentum Medical, Southstar Urgent Care, Mission Veterinary Partners, Nova Health, Preferred Podiatry Group, and Navia Benefit Solutions. Prior to being a founding partner of Shore, Justin worked as an investment professional at Valor Equity Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm. Prior to joining Valor, Justin was an attorney in the private equity group of Kirkland & Ellis. Justin received his Juris Doctorate from Vanderbilt University Law School, a certificate of Law and Business from the Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management and a BA in Accounting from Michigan State University. Justin is a member of the State Bar of Illinois and a Certified Public Accountant.
