Kathryn Price

As Vice President of Development and Mergers & Acquisitions, Kathryn is responsible for leading TWH’s mergers and acquisitions strategy and valuation, and operational & financial analysis. Prior to joining TWH, Kathryn spent 13 years at EY leading and executing capital markets transactions including initial public offerings, debt offerings, divestitures, acquisitions and joint ventures. She worked with corporate and private equity clients in both the public and private markets across a variety of industries including healthcare, industrial products, and consumer products. Kathryn received her B.A. and M.S. in Accounting from Michigan State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
