Kevin Sierks

Kevin Sierks serves as Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than 30 years of executive leadership experience in finance, operations, strategy, and business transformation. Throughout his career, he has partnered with executive teams and boards to drive profitable growth, improve operational performance, execute strategic acquisitions, and create long-term value across both public and private equity-backed organizations. Prior to joining Together Women's Health, Kevin served as Chief Financial Officer of Batesville Casket Company, where he led the company's finance organization following its private equity carve-out, overseeing finance, accounting, treasury, tax, strategy, transformation, business intelligence, and mergers and acquisitions. Earlier in his career, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Crate & Barrel Holdings and Chief Financial Officer of Vera Bradley. He also held senior finance leadership positions with Biomet, Boston Scientific and Deloitte. Kevin has extensive experience leading organizational transformation, developing high-performing teams, strengthening financial operations, implementing strategic growth initiatives, and partnering with private equity sponsors and boards of directors. His background includes capital markets, treasury, mergers and acquisitions, operational excellence, business intelligence, and enterprise-wide strategic planning. As Chief Financial Officer, Kevin is responsible for the company's finance organization, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, compliance, treasury, tax, revenue cycle support, strategic initiatives, and business intelligence. He partners closely with the executive leadership team to support Together Women's Health's continued growth while advancing the company's mission of delivering exceptional care to women and supporting the physicians and providers who serve them. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
