Martha Schrage

As Chief Strategy Officer, Martha leads Together Women’s Health's enterprise strategy and execution, overseeing the Project Management Office (PMO), new practice integrations, de novo development, AI strategy, ancillary service line growth, and payor contracting. She partners with leaders across the organization to identify strategic opportunities, drive cross-functional initiatives, and execute programs that enhance operational performance, accelerate growth, and create long-term enterprise value. Martha brings a unique combination of financial, operational, and strategic expertise to the role. Prior to becoming Chief Strategy Officer, she served as Chief Financial Officer, where she led the organization's finance and accounting functions and played a key role in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and operational transformation. Before joining Together Women’s Health, Martha spent 10 years at Plante Moran providing assurance and accounting consulting services to healthcare organizations and private equity-backed companies. Martha received both her BBA and Master of Accounting degrees from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
