Roxanne Williams

As Vice President of Managed Care, Roxanne leads payer strategy and contracting to develop, negotiate, and manage contracts that optimize reimbursement and support the growth of Together Women’s Health. She is responsible for payer negotiations, strategic payer initiatives, and fostering strong, collaborative relationships with payers and hospital partners to drive value-based care and improve patient access. In her role, Roxanne also oversees provider enrollment, credentialing, and all aspects of payer contracting to ensure optimal reimbursement and alignment with strategic initiatives. Before joining TWH, Roxanne held multiple leadership roles in healthcare contracting and revenue cycle management, where she managed payer contracting across multiple states, led credentialing and enrollment functions, implemented strategies to maximize fee-for-service revenue, and Value-based care. Her expertise spans payer strategy development, financial modeling, contract language negotiations, provider enrollment, credentialing, and implementation to support sustainable organizational success.
