HELPING WOMEN SET A PATH TOWARD MOTHERHOOD‍

Family planning is an exciting life chapter, but many women experience challenges that delay or prevent wanted pregnancy. Fertility issues are relatively common—1 in 6 couples struggle to conceive naturally. Infertility is typically diagnosed after a couple is unable to get pregnant after having unprotected sex for one full year, or six months for women 35 and older. Whether you have a diagnosis of infertility or are concerned that you are infertile or have a gynecologic condition or medical condition you are concerned may impact your fertility, our skilled physicians are here to work with you to determine the best path for safely and successfully conceiving a child.

Why Understanding Fertility Matters

Fertility can be influenced by a variety of factors — including age, lifestyle habits, medical history, and environmental exposures. Staying informed about your reproductive health is the first step toward building a personalized path to pregnancy. Our providers are here to help you navigate your options, address concerns, and support your goals.

Fertility Counseling & Diagnostic Services

Pre-Pregnancy and Fertility Counseling
Before trying to conceive, it’s helpful to assess your overall health, discuss lifestyle factors, and understand your fertility window. Our team offers guidance to help you prepare for a healthy pregnancy and navigate any fertility-related risks.

Fertility Ultrasounds
These in-office scans evaluate the uterus, ovaries, and fallopian tubes to identify potential issues such as PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, or tubal blockage — all of which can impact your ability to conceive.

Male Fertility Evaluation
Male factor infertility accounts for up to 30% of infertility cases. We offer semen analysis to assess sperm count, motility, and morphology, allowing us to tailor treatment recommendations for the couple as a whole.

Fertility Treatments

Oral Medications for Ovulation
For women who don’t ovulate regularly, oral medications can help stimulate ovulation and increase the chance of conception. Your provider will recommend the best approach based on your health history and cycle patterns.

Intrauterine Insemination (IUI)
IUI is a minimally invasive fertility treatment that involves placing washed sperm directly into the uterus during ovulation. It’s often used for couples with low sperm count, reduced motility, ovulation issues, or unexplained infertility.
