Christina Bersano, FNP-BC

Christina is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a deep passion for women's health and wellness across every stage of life. She focuses on hormonal balance, metabolic health, and postpartum care, with a special interest in supporting women through the perimenopausal and menopausal transition. Drawing on principles of functional medicine, Christina blends personalized nutrition, movement, supplementation, and lifestyle strategies to help women feel their best—inside and out. Known for her compassionate and connected approach, Christina believes in listening deeply and advocating for each woman’s unique journey. A Missouri native, Christina is married with two adult children. Outside the practice, she enjoys strength training, music, traveling, and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs. She is also passionate about mission work and hopes to continue combining service and healthcare throughout her career.
