After a decade of experience as a nurse across multiple specialties, Melissa was inspired to advance her career in women’s health, driven by a desire to ensure every patient receives thoughtful, high-quality care. She believes every patient deserves to be heard, supported, and respected, and strives to create an environment where individuals feel confident making informed decisions about their health. She enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.
