William McKenzie, Jr, MD
Obstetrician Gynecologist
A native of Selma, Alabama, Dr. McKenzie is a graduate of Oral Roberts University and The University of Alabama School of Medicine. Dr. McKenzie completed his internship and residency training at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. He has an interest in the laparoscopic and robotic approach to treatment of endometriosis, pelvic relaxation, and uterine fibroids. He enjoys high-risk obstetrics and relationship-oriented medicine. He is board certified in Obstetrics/Gynecology and is on staff at Brookwood Hospital. Dr. McKenzie is married to Tracey A. McKenzie and is the father of four children.

I couldn’t ask for a better doctor! He is attentive, kind, godly, and truly has the patient’s best interest at heart. I believe that his professionalism and relationship-oriented approach to patient care is a grade above the rest! The office staff was extremely kind and I greatly enjoyed hearing Christian music being played over the speakers! I highly recommend OBGYN South ❤️
